Morgan is a sales professional and serial entrepreneur with a passion for real estate.

He acquired 16 high end single family flips in San Diego before moving to Nashville in 2021, where he co-founded AJM Capital, and did another 6 land and multifamily transactions within his first 4 months in the market.

He has completed over $10M in transactions in the past 2 years.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from UCSD.

Ishi built StatSoup alongside Will and Savi Hawkins while still in college, where they used machine learning to predict concert ticket sales. Statsoup was acquired by Eventbrite in 2018.

He joined AppFolio in 2019 and led a team of engineers to launch the Vendor Portal, Appfolio's maintenance platform, and scaled it from 0 to over 50,000 contractor-users.

He flipped 8 multifamily units and several acres of land in his first 4 months in Nashville.

Will co-founded the machine learning startup StatSoup, acquired by Eventbrite in 2018.

At Eventbrite, he built petabyte-scale machine learning models to predict event ticket sales for 2M+ events daily.

He joined Apple as a Senior Data Scientist in 2020, building the contract performance analytics system for their music label Platoon from scratch.

Will holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UCSB and a Master's degree in Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley.
